Terms of Service (English)

1. What the service is

An automation tool that mirrors videos published on the operator's own YouTube channel to his own Aparat channel, manages comments on both, and displays performance statistics in a Telegram Mini App.

2. Personal, single-operator tool

It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and creates no accounts for third parties. The only Google account connected is the operator's own.

3. Acceptable use

Only for publishing content the operator holds the rights to; without violating the rules of YouTube, Aparat or Telegram; and without spamming or abusing the automated comment-reply feature.

4. Content responsibility

The operator is solely responsible for the content mirrored, including copyright ownership and compliance with each platform's policies.

5. YouTube and Google

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy applies to data Google processes. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Third-party platforms

YouTube, Aparat and Telegram each have their own terms; availability of this tool depends on the availability of their APIs.

7. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or of the success of any particular publication.

8. Limitation of liability

The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the tool, including failed publications, delays, or data loss.

9. Discontinuation

The operator may suspend, limit or shut down the service at any time without prior notice.

10. Data

Collection, storage and deletion of data are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

If these terms change, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
